For Immediate Release Seward Mining District, Alaska
Diamond Gold Corporation will begin purchasing Seward Mining District gold-quartz ores October 1, 2016.
Pending construction of the Sable Crown Mill, ores and concentrates will be trucked to the corporation's Sable Kahiltna facility, Mat-Su Borough.
Large and small lots of ore are welcome. Processing at Kahiltna is year round.
Required ore grade remain the same as that for the proposed Sable Crown Mill. The added cost of trucking ore is far outweighed by using the existing Kahiltna facility.
Kahiltna is being upgraded and is capable to handle Seward District ores. The facility has a proven-engineered storm and mill water treatment cell exceeding one-million gallons.
The facility also has ample tailing treatment and storage capacity.
Projected annual payroll and economic benefit to the Eastern Peninsula remains the same as that for an operating Sable Crown Mill.
Diamond Gold Corporation looks forward to a robust hard rock mining industry in the historic Seward Mining District.

We are home at Sable! The open house went great!
Thank you to all those who attended!
We traveled all night Saturday, arriving at Wasilla at 4 a.m. Sunday. On Monday we drove 100 miles by pickup, then 14 miles by snowmobile back to Kahiltna, where we stayed overnight. We snowmobiled to Sable yesterday. It was a long and very productive week!

On the trail climbing toward Fire Brick. Mount McKinley in the distance - what a view!
Digging out the millsite building. Impact crushing mill snow-machined in today!
Ed and I have opened up and are working out of three mining camps: Kahiltna #1 mine, Camp Rimfire, and the Sable Elegance mine heading for Fire Brick Mine.
We got our first phase of freighting, which included three snow-machine loads including a large generator, to Sable Elegance. We hand sledded loads down 300' of canyon at Camp Rimfire (Lake Creek), then shoveled and side cut the snow trail one mile for the snow-machine. While Ed was working with loads on the snow-machine, Ann was snowshoeing behind with a shovel to assist as needed - a true fitness program! We are getting the runway opened up at Sable Elegance, which has 40" of snow base. Every day we're seeing fresh wolverine (Gulo Gulo) tracks. Fire Brick on go!
